Feeding tubes, central lines.... longer stay

We made the hard decision to let them put in a feeding tube. It's temporary; Just an NG tube that they can remove easily once Bree is eating again. But it wasn't an easy decision to put her through that. She is NOT happy. We also agreed to let them take her into surgery and put in a central line so she no longer has IVs in her arms - now she has one in her chest. Another thing she isn't too thrilled about, but she remained out of it just about all day from the anesthesia.
And the seizures. She has had several really bad tonic clonic seizures today. Almost to the point of status epilepticus again. It is so hard to see her go through this. And I fear, and know it damages her torn muscle even further. She does seem to cry out in pain, there are tears on her face. When she is aware of her surroundings she tells me her leg hurts. The liver function is not improving so I asked "Could it also be the Depakote?" And the doctor said he wasn't sure. But he doesn't think so. They have mentioned putting her in a drug induced coma if she keeps going into status epilepticus, but I'm scared to death. I don't want her to go through this. But if she doesn't improve they may have to. Will update later.
