It's still raining, so our satellite is still out. We haven't had the chance to call Direct TV about it yet. It now goes out with just a light rain and stays out for hours. Bree had a bad night last night, she said she had a bad headache and she got very dizzy every time she stood up and was nauseated. I don't know if it was a migraine or not. It kind of sounded like one. Then she had a lot of seizures, too over night. I just feel so powerless. I wish I could take this all away from her. This morning she is very groggy and not very responsive. It's only 8:00 am I know, and most teens are like this in the mornings, but when I talk to her she doesn't really answer. She is still in bed but will need to get up soon to get ready for physical therapy. "Lil Bee" is here today to hang out and help out. She is still looking for a job but like all new college graduates, there is not a lot out there yet. So she is still working as a CNA. She also needs to take her state board exams to be licensed as well before most places will hire her.
Allie has picked up another pet sitting job for June. Last year she worked at the rec center helping out with little kids soccer. I tried to encourage her to do that this year but she says she wants to say around the house to help out with her sister. She is a very good kid. But she needs to be a kid too.
We will take Bree back to her neurologist, leaving on Sunday since it is a four hour drive. The hotel staff is awesome. They always take us to the hospital then pick us up when we are done so we don't have to fight traffic or search for parking. They drop us off right at the door in front of the Neurology clinic, where someone opens the van door for us. We go right in, get on the elevators and when we get off, we are right at the epilepsy clinic. I just hope and pray that the doctors there can figure out something to help her. She's getting tired of having her blood drawn every week, but she knows they have to monitor her for reactions to her meds until they can get them figured out.
