Back from doctors

Yesterday was Bree's doctor's appointment. Thanks to all the blood work she's been having, and blood work ran yesterday at 7:00 am and rushed to her doctor, they discovered that she's having a reaction to the dilantin. It's not really working for her anyway. So, she has been taken off of it. Yes, it's dangerous to stop it right away. She might have severe seizures. BUT she is taking depakote, Keppra, and now, Klonopin. And it's a fine balance between the risk of her bleeding internally and have a bad seizure. Which is the lesser of the two evils? Her last dose was 25 hours ago. They gave me injectable diazipam to give her in case of a bad seizure instead of the dilantin I had before.
She had a nightmare this morning and woke up calling for Mom. Poor girl. My poor baby girl. She's sleeping again, even though she was in bed before 10 last night. All the seizures just wear her out, I guess. She had 6 over night but she had so many Friday and Saturday. That's why no blog posts. She wasn't doing good at all on Friday or Saturday. She required constant care.
