Sorry for no weekend posts. Last night was bad, seizure wise. She had so many. And the medicine made her so sick last night. The nurses and I aren't even sure if any of the medicine was absorbed into her blood stream. The sad thing is she finally ate a really good dinner, but it all came up.
Two of her sisters came to surprise her on Saturday and she was so happy. She jumped up out of bed to hug them and disconnected her self from the heart monitor. They finally took her off of that yesterday and she only needs it on when she sleeps. They've taken her off the IV drip, but left the IV in place so if she needs fluids or medicine in there. The plan is for her to go home tomorrow and return in two weeks to see the doctor and see how she is doing. Her life is going to change dramatically for a while. No driving. No swimming. She can't be left alone. What a life for a teenage girl. She may not even be able to go to college this fall. We just don't know yet. Too many unknowns.
