Trial date set

The trial date for the woman who abused Bree, who gave her this head injury that has led to her epilepsy and brain damage has been finally set: October 12th. Oh, we have had dates before but her lawyer kept getting delays. The DA wants Bree to testify but I just don't think she is going to be able to do that. She is so terrified. She has panic attacks if she even sees someone who looks similar to her. To actually sit in court and look at this woman, well I don't think she can handle that. If she has to do this though we will do our best to prepare her, through counseling and practice. She deserves justice, we want this woman to go away and pay for what she has done. She probably doesn't even care that Bree's life has completely been turned upside down, that some days she can't even remember simple words and it's just not fair.
Hopefully by then she will have some relief from her seizures as well, they have grown even worse lately. We are weaning her off these meds so that she will be able to start the new drug when we go to Augusta, but she is still taking something so she still has meds in her system.
