One problem solved

Bree's friend problem is solved, or the mystery of no contact with her is solved. She heard from her yesterday. The friend had been very sick, apparently. She said she has no cell service at her house and could not return Bree's messages. Bree is very, very forgiving and she is relieved and happy to hear from her. It is great to see Bree smile again. She worries more about her friends then she does her own health.
The cat seems to be able to predict her seizures now. Last night before Bree had a seizure she slapped her until she sat up in bed, and right then Bree had a tonic-clonic. Animals are amazing and Callie the cat has an awesome relationship with Bree. Allie says she didn't eat much at all the entire time Bree was in the hospital. She had four seizures over night and has had one this morning but she seems to be doing okay now, she is bouncing on her therapy ball, pr acting her balance I guess. Whatever she is doing - being silly, doing physical therapy exercises, just "playing" she is the happiest I've seen her in a long time so no complaints from this mom.
We need to find things she can do that will increase her self esteem. Things we know she can excel at. Swimming is out. I don't know if we can take her to theme parks, I'm not sure if people with epilepsy can ride the rides. I know she would enjoy roller coasters but I don't know if she can safely ride them. She can't play video games, although she does play computer games on pogo from time to time as long as there are no flashing lights. Hiking and walking is okay. She just needs more things to do and not be stuck inside all the time. Also nothing that will put her in danger of head injury.
