Mondays....

Nowhere to go today.... Bree is watching music videos on CMT. She likes a variety of music but mostly country and alternative rock. Music can soothe her or cheer her up when nothing else can. Allie is very talented on her guitar and has an amazing voice and will sometimes sing for her. Bree is doing so-so today. We are trying to figure out what's going on with her not wanting to let people out of her sight. Afraid of being abandoned maybe? Or maybe the bad seizure on Thursday has really scared her, or the fact we figured out she's had over 100 seizures this month. I would give anything to take all of this away from her. Give her a better life, let her be a "normal" kid. She shouldn't have to be in pain, confused, all the time. She shouldn't have to struggle to find the words she wants to say. Guys in fast food restaurants shouldn't laugh at her because she can't get a straw in the lid of her cup, but they do. It's heartbreaking for any parent to see their child hurting, to be made fun of by others.
