Some improvement

Bree has improved some as the afternoon and evening has wore on. She is anxious about bedtime and the nightmares that may come. Rick took her outside to show her that no one "bad" is out there waiting to hurt her. But she is not a little kid and she can't be easily convinced. "They can come in anytime, while we're sleeping, anytime." She said. And she kept her face hid the whole time he showed her it was "safe". Maybe she will feel safe once her abuser is behind bars. Let's just hope that happens. She says she wants a hot dog now. Red meat! I will stop at the store after her doctor's appointment. Of course she probably won't want it anymore by then but hubby and the other kids will be happy.
