According to Bree, today was a good day. Even though it was not seizure free. Why was it a good day? First, we all went out for breakfast. She ate pretty good, for her anyway. Lil Bee came along for the day which made Bree VERY HAPPY. She loves that girl so much, she is so sweet and a wonderful caregiver/friend. After that we went to Wal-mart to stock up on things from the house. Plus Bree, lil Bee and I have to head back down to Augusta this week so we stocked up on things we are going to need. Plus, walmart now has the snuggie! Bree was so happy, and she had to get the pink one. She has wanted this "Blanket with sleeves" Ever since she first saw it on TV, well now she has one. I told her that eventually it would be available in stores and now it is. It is perfect for her really, she can snuggle with it on the couch or wherever.
After walmart to Bree's favorite place in the world, the farmer's market. We are all sad that it will close down in October. She so loves to go here, to visit her favorite vendors including the Soap Lady, who promised to make honey suckle soap for Bree. It takes 5 weeks to cure, but she said she'd get our phone number and call us. Bree buys a bar of soap every time she goes. She loves to sample the goods. She especially likes the hummus so I really need to find a recipe and make her some soon. We went to visit my Mom at the nursing home when we left the farmers market. Then to get groceries, so all in all this made a great day in my daughter's eyes and I'm so glad she's happy. Even if she's suffered seizures after all that, she is still happy now. And that's all that matters.
Sorry if this is rambling or full of run on sentences, not much sleep last night and we left the house really early! I could use a good night sleep.
