Bree has a lot of pain today, muscle aches and pains. She is used to this, someone who has just one seizure can be in pain up to 8 days so just imagine how she feels - having repeated seizures night and day. But today she can barely walk. She limps when she walks. My poor, poor girl. I gave her Excedrin back and body this morning and it didn't help and gave her something else just a few minutes ago. I hope that will help her. I'll also see if she wants to get out the heating pad.
Her neurologist wants her PT to focus more on her brain injury - the memory and speech issues then her balance problems. He says that the biodex machine is the only thing they are doing in PT that we can't do at home because she has a medicine ball at home, and we can do all of the other exercises with her, too. So hopefully when she goes tomorrow, that is what they will mostly focus on. He was supposed to call the PT and talk to her.
