We're here, in Winston-Salem, waiting to see the neurologist. Bree is sick, with a cold or something. (At least, I hope that's all it is. It's the typical stuffy nose, sore throat, achy head, achy body type thing, but she's also running a fever) We did have some outbreaks of the H1N1 flu in our county but it was at a summer camp and Bree wasn't exposed to anyone that had it (as far as we know) but we are doing our best not to be around many people and she is using hand sanitizer and washing her hands a lot to avoid exposing anyone. She doesn't want to pass the cold to others. We had a pizza delivered to the Hotel for dinner last night, and we are doing our best to stay away from people as much as possible. But she has felt bad since Saturday and so far I'm not showing any symptoms so she may not be contagious.
Still not much relief on the seizure front, we were hoping for more seizure free nights and days like she had last Friday, but so far no luck. I hope she can have another seizure free night, and day - really soon. But they do seem to be decreasing some. We haven't really reached a decision on the surgery front but we are leaning towards it. But we want to think more about it and talk more about it since she did have that seizure free night, we think we might want to give her meds a little more time before we put her through the surgery.
