Pain meds + Seizure meds = very confused girl

Bree continues to do well from her surgery, except for some soreness. But I hate the state she is left in after taking the pain med her surgeon prescribed. I don't know if her being on seizure meds makes a difference or if she would react this way otherwise, but she is so confused and disoriented and out of it. It's hard to see her this way. She doesn't understand why her belly is sore. Her memory issues have been worse the past two days. Right now she will want to go outside with her sisters for a little while then become disoriented and ask "Where's my mom?" So, we are just being patient waiting for it to get out of her system. No tonic clonic seizure since surgery so I haven't had to worry about her wound, which is good. Will update more later.
