Bree had a rough day in therapies today. Physical therapy went OK. She had some problems with the balance exercises, but all in all ok. But speech therapy gave her some problems. She was so upset and frustrated that she wanted to throw away the flash cards she uses at home for speech therapy. Just another bump in the road, we will work thru it. We are working with occupational therapy too. Helping her learn ways to feed herself better. She tries so, so hard. I'm so proud of her. Having a child with a tramatic brain injury is so heartbreaking. And rewarding, as well.
It's very rainy here again today. I'm going to sign off now and post this. Will update more later.
